Dr. Tanuja Mallik has 13 years of experience in anaesthesiology with experience of over 500 cases of Liver Transplant, which primarily includes living donor liver transplant (LDLT) and also Deceased Donor Liver Transplant (DDLT) & around 10% of which are paediatric cases. She has passion for providing quality care to the patient. She believes in team work and for her there is nothing more gratifying than a critically ill cirrhotic patient returning back home with transplanted liver in a good health. Our mission is to provide world class health care services.
Previously she was working as Head of the Department of Liver Transplant Anaesthesia & Critical care and Chairman of Hospital infection Control committee of Fortis Healthcare Vadapalani , Chennai. Where she successfully initiated and established the Liver Transplant Anaesthesia and critical care department. She proud of herself and her team for good work. We give our 100% for patient care always.
She has also worked in Fortis Hospital Delhi, NCR along with Dr Vivek Vij and team and provided services for advanced GI and Liver Transplant to Fortis Escorts Hospital , New Delhi; Fortis Hospital, Noida; Fortis Medical Reseach Institute / FMRI , Gurugram, with a record of 95% patient and 100 % donor success rate with one of the lowest biliary complication rate in Liver Transplant.
She has also been associated with Dr Subhash Gupta and team in Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, one of the first JCI accredited high volume centre for Liver Transplant.
As per her the best part of her experience was to always work as a team with surgeon, anaesthetist, hepatologist, gastroenterologist, interventional radiologist and our nursing staff and technician. That way one enjoys the work, while providing the quality services with knowledge, skill and performance.
